Imagery international is an inclusive organization that welcomes all who are interested in the practical application of guided imagery for healing and personal growth. Among our diverse members are multi-talented professionals—nurses, doctors, psychotherapists, social workers, hypnotherapists, coaches, somatic workers, and massage therapists—who are committed to sharing their expertise and powerful stories of healing through imagery. Many of the practitioners in our organization have trained in Imagery Schools, and some have gone on to become professional trainers. ImagiNews | Clinical Journal

ImagiNews is II’s quarterly journal of applied imagery to which you have the opportunity to contribute. You can receive ImagiNews  three times a year, online in full beautiful color or in hard copy, depending on which membership level you chose. Click HERE to see the latest issue of ImagiNews.

Podcasts from visionaries around the world

One of the most popular and valuable benefits we offer is access to worldwide visionaries in the field of imagery through Podcasts. In most parts of the United States, and internationally, it is difficult to find seminars in the field of imagery. We offer intimate discussions, and perspectives that will enrich your professional and/or personal development. Listen at your leisure to such visionaries as Belleruth Naparstek, Marty Rossman MD, Charolette Reznick, and Gerald Epstein MD and many more! Being a member gives you access to our whole archive of podcasts—not all of which are available to the public. We also host quarterly interviews, forums and recordings. .

Annual conference

Imagery International has an annual conference in the fall of each year in Northern California. We welcome all those interested in the practical application of Guided Imagery for healing and personal growth, including, but not limited to, nurses, doctors, psychotherapists, social workers, hypnotherapists, and somatic workers. Speakers are trained Guided Imagery practitioner peers. 

We offer Continuing Education credits to some professional groups.

Members receive a discount on tuition fees.

Annual conference scholarships

Imagery Person of the Year award

At our annual conference, we present this prestigious award to a member who has gone above and beyond in spreading the power of imagery to their community and area of influence.  This award is held in high regard and awardees are nominated by the membership at large. Where your dollars go

The benefits Imagery International provides come from the labor of many volunteers, but we still accrue expenses. Your membership dues help pay for our web hosting fees, our web consultant and office manager, stipends for our ImagiNews editor and layout designer, our membership management subscription software, eNews subscription software, post office box, and more.
