Practice Description
A holistic integral coaching practice, where clients with chronic pain & illness, life challenges, and/or desire for greater health & wellness come to explore their issues and goals. Janne believes that each person has his/her own best wisdom, answers, and personal strengths for solving problems and healing, but may be challenged at times in accessing and/or trusting in them. She believes in the importance of human connection, caritas (love as basis for caring), resonance, and in holding a meaningful trauma-informed and safe space for personal curious exploration, inner knowing, and inner healing.
