Elaine Santos, MA, NBC-HWC is a certified health and wellness coach and guided imagery practitioner specializing in stress management. She recently completed Level 1 Teacher Training in Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra and is excited to offer this deeply relaxing practice. Elaine offers individual coaching and seasonal workshops centered around relieving stress from mind and body through learning, goal setting, meditation, and movement. Her mission is to support others in building self confidence and inner calm to live the vibrant lives they envision.
Maurine Killough, BS, CCH is certified through the Academy for Guided Imagery, a HeartMath Coach and also certified as a clinical hypnotherapist through the National Hypnotists Guild and the Wellness Institute. In addition to hypnosis and guided imagery Maurine provides coaching and counseling services to her clients. She leads a FREE weekly meditation group each Monday evening by Zoom and also serves as Administrator for Imagery International.
